Bricks Reading 150 〈Bricks Reading 150〉, which sets up a reading strategy so that learners who are accustomed to reading short sentences can become accustomed to reading passages,

is a three-volume reading program aimed at learners in their second year of English learning. Learners at this age are accustomed to reading short sentences and do not feel any difficulties, but when the sentences come together to form a story, they often feel difficulties in understanding the contents and organizing them in their minds. 〈Bricks Reading 150〉 is a textbook designed to improve reading comprehension skills so that learners at this stage do not have difficulties in reading passages and structuring stories.
Looking at the previous reading number series, learners learn basic words through 〈Bricks Reading 30〉 and 〈Bricks Reading 50〉, develop their ability to interpret each sentence, and take a short passage of 〈Bricks Reading 100〉. Through 〈Bricks Reading 150〉, you will get used to reading simple stories, and you will come into contact with passage reading in earnest. In this course, learners learn how to organize and structure the story in their head using their reading skills. Learners who have developed the ability to structure stories in this way will be exposed to various types of passages through 〈Bricks Reading 200〉. In addition, while 〈Bricks Reading 100〉 mainly dealt with the stories of learners themselves, 〈Bricks Reading 150〉 deals with subjects related to subjects outside of daily life, allowing learners to expand their background knowledge. This will be a preparatory step for the 〈Bricks Reading 200〉, which will cover more specialized topics.
〈Bricks Reading 150〉 will take the first step so that learners can develop the ability to read long texts made up of several paragraphs with their own reading strategies.
